The last position held by Guillermo was CEO of Young & Rubicam in Madrid. Alicia joined the company in 2005. She has developed her career on both sides, marketer and agency, holding positions in Publicis Group or Repsol for more than 20 years. Imad spent 27 years in advertising which started in Kuwait then moved to Athens and in 1984 to London. In 2002, having spent 18 years in London, Imad relocated to Beirut carrying on as Chief Operating officer of JWT’s Middle East Network where he was involved in driving excellence and efficiency strategically and operationally throughout the network.
